Trust and safety.
These are private deals. The NDA, the Vault and the consent rules are built into the platform rather than bolted on. This page says what they do, what they don't, and what Safqos is not.

Real app screens. Demo accounts.
The shared NDA.
Both members of a connection. The NDA is between them. Safqos provides the mechanism and keeps the record; it is not a party to the agreement.
Three messages each. The Brief and declared figures are visible. Gated documents and Pitch Rooms are not.
The thread opens without a cap. Gated documents open per the owner's settings. Pitch Rooms can be scheduled.
Set per NDA by a simple mechanical rule based on where the parties are, with an override available.
It does not make Safqos responsible for either party's conduct, and it does not replace the diligence you would do in any private deal.

The Vault.

| Pitch Rooms | Not available | Scheduled in the app |
On by default and a setting the owner controls. It ties an opened document to the viewer, which discourages onward sharing rather than preventing it.
The owner ticks which documents release the moment a connection forms. Everything else waits for the NDA or the owner's say-so.
Documents attached to a Direct Pitch go with the pitch and can be opened by the recipient right away, before any NDA. Senders choose what to attach. Everything else in the Vault stays behind the NDA.
Privacy and visibility.
Profiles are shown to admitted members only. They are not indexed by search engines and not visible to anyone outside the membership.
Investors can hide their name, photo, LinkedIn and video from members they haven't connected with. Declared criteria and Fit are always shown. The server enforces this, not the app's display settings.
A founder's or owner's real name and photo are shown to a counterparty once a Direct Pitch or a connection exists between them.
Profiles under 80% complete are hidden from other members' Discover. Everything else in the app still works for them.
Messaging, documents and calls run inside Safqos. No email chains, no third-party links to forward.
Pitch Rooms and recording.
Pitch Rooms can be scheduled once both sides have accepted the shared NDA.
Recording happens only if both members consent, and the question is asked on every call, not once.
A confirmed time moves only when one side suggests a new time and the other accepts it.

Verification, and what it means.
A Verified badge appears on a profile only when both an identity check and an entity check have passed. That is the whole scope of it.
It is not an endorsement. Safqos does not validate the figures, documents or claims a member makes, does not review a business, and does not vouch for anyone. The badge says a person and a legal entity exist and match what was declared. It says nothing about the deal.
Membership is by application and admission is at our discretion. That is a gate on who can be in the room, not a judgement on the quality of what they bring into it.
What Safqos is not.
Safqos is a technology platform. It introduces parties and gives them a private place to talk. The deal is yours.
Built to be trusted with the details.
